Master Level Trainer
Tony has been training athletes of all levels and abilities for 25 years. He currently holds certifications with renowned strength coach Mike Boyle and is Master Certified in the Burdenko Method (Igor Burdenko). As a former college athlete, Tony was trained by knowledgeable trainers and has become a lifelong learner in the world of strength and conditioning. This desire for continuing education is what keeps Tony at the forefront of his field.

Tony’s training plans are responsible and accountable, with measurable goals and assessments. You will receive bi-monthly check-ins on progress towards a goal, such as speed, ability, vertical jump, and strength improvements.
