We all want to be better—better students, better friends, better athletes. With a background in psychology and self-help, Tony is able to supply resources that will help people overcome their specific self-doubt.

When you feel great about yourself and your performance, you perform better. Helping the athlete build their self-confidence gives them a competitive advantage on the court, field, or track. We call this “The Mental Edge.”

Even very capable athletes need self-empowerment and confidence in order to perform at the highest level in front of an audience of any size. Tony works with focused athletes with concrete goals and helps them overcome the obstacles to those goals—even one’s own self-doubt.

Throughout the course of regular sport training and strength and conditioning, Tony will use his expertise to help the athlete overcome these mental obstacles and develop the Mental Edge. The practical application of strengthening skills and overcoming certain athletic challenges helps to build the confidence needed in those areas as well.

Combining these two methods will help your athlete realize that they are as great as everyone else sees them, and as great as you know they can be.
