Tony Mure brings years of experience and research into custom programs for young athletes. He works with focused and driven youth to bring them to new heights of athletic performance through comprehensive and holistic training. Using a results-driven approach, Tony identifies the strengths and opportunities of each athlete and develops a plan designed for their goals, their sport, and their physiology.
By helping the athlete to define their personal goals and the process to achieve them, Tony sets youth up for future success in their sport even after and outside of their training. He doesn’t only provide exercises or correct habits, but also teaches the athlete how the movements work, what muscles they are affecting, and how this changes overall performance. Training with Tony is a psychological and physical journey to the next level of athletic performance.

Tony has created custom exercise patterns and movements by assimilating information from multiple sources and creating something new, backed by modern research in strength and conditioning.
