Tony Mure, a Mike Boyle Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, is excited to introduce a new 7-week Public School Plan! Having trained over 500 Division 1 college athletes and professionals, Tony Mure is an expert in bringing your fitness dreams to reality. His public school plan has been packaged into three programs:
- 2 Days per week (3 Hours): Train 2-days a week for a total of 3 hours.
- 3 Days per week (4.5 Hours): Train 3-days a week for a total of 4.5 hours.
- 5 Days per week (7.5 Hours): Train 5-days a week for a total of 7.5 hours.
Individual sessions available separately, or call to develop an individualized program.
The 7-week public school plan runs through July and August. All package sessions run for 1.5 hours. No matter what sport you play, you’ll take your game up a notch when you train with Tony Mure.
