Having trained over 500 Division 1 college athletes and professionals, Tony Mure, a Mike Boyle Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, looks forward to helping you follow your fitness dreams. His summer training program has been packaged into three programs:
- 2 Days per week (3 Hours): Train 2-days a week
- Program includes Strength & Conditioning Program at New Hampton School (choose Monday, Wednesday, or Friday).
- 3 Days per week (4.5 Hours): Train 3-days a week, Monday/Wednesday/Friday
- Program includes Strength & Conditioning Program at New Hampton School.
- UNLIMITED PLAN (8 Hours): Train for over 8 hours a week, all 5 days.
- Program includes Mountain Run & Pool Training at Waterville Valley on Tuesday/Thursday
- Program includes Strength & Conditioning Program at New Hampton school on Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Individual sessions available separately, or call to develop an individualized program.
The 10-week summer program begins June 10th and runs through August. All package sessions run for 1.5 hours. No matter what sport you play, you’ll take your game up a notch when you train with Tony Mure.
